لا اعرف عندما امكن اذنى او عيناى من سماع او قرأة مثل هذه الاشياء الشرفية اشعر بالقصور فى كل شىء ..
لا اعرف لكن نحن بحوجة لمراجعة تلك التشريعات وعلى وجه السرعة نبحث عن من يقيمون العدل الذى هو اسا الملك والا صرنا فى حكم شريعة الغاب
ما دفعنى لقول هذا هو القضايا الكثيرة للشرف المتنوعة بين التحرش والاغتصاب فان لا المجتمع الصغير ام الكبير ولا القضاء قادرا على ان يتخذ فيهم منطق وحكم واحد مما يبدولى انا ننزلق بسرعة الى مجتمع فيه كثير من المجرمين مع ضحايا عزل تماما ...وتبرير للجريمة ولا قانون لتجريمها ..
فلا يعقل ان يظل المجتمع يرزخ تحت مسمى العيب والسمعة وان المراة هى السبب فى الاغواء او خروجها او ايخحائها فالمجتمع الغير مسلم خطا خطوات واضحة نحو ههذ الجرائم ليس لشىء سواء ان يضبط الغوغاء والمختلفين ويجمعهم على راء واحد كيفما استطاع

الدافع كان شريف ؟ that's so funny!
هو في الاسلام موجود اشي اسمو الدافع كان شريف؟ هو لمتى الناس رح تضل تفكر بطريقة غبية؟
طيب البنت غلطت الاسلام حدد شو هوي عقابها. ما قال اقتلوها. بعدين الاشي الغريب انو هادا الشب او القاتل بشكل عام بتلاقيه ما بصلي وبرمضان يمكن ما بصوم والزكاة ما بطلعها وبسب الدين وبيعمل كل ما هب ودب من مصعيات ويمكن جزء منها كبائر بس لمن تيجي الشغلة للشرف " لاختو او اي بنت بتقربو " بصير يعمل حالو شهم اسما الله.

Dear Sir, imagine that Syria is a normal state with people have mean to express their views and teach each other, condone and condemn; you would have seen the airwaves, the TV and newspapers talking about this and would see public responding and interacting. You would see a guy like the brother who did the killings of Zahra would feel public disapproval and feel sorry from societal pressure, this would send a message to all other societies that such thing is not acceptable. Now, with the current not normal state, the airwaves, TV, newspapers for 40 years in the service of the dictator, the unions, the organizations like women union ( who suppose to lead, educate and voice their disapproval) are all silence and serving the dictator. That was one point.
The second point is if there was a normal life in Syria, you would not see this centralization of power, you would see each county competing with other counties to be better, but who created centralization to keep his control and power, the dictator.
If people can express themselves as they were in the 50s and show outrage from this crime the message would be different. There are such crimes in the west, but just imagine that there is still crime in the west after all this work on their people, now imagine how much the dictator pushed the society back and how much delayed his advancement to civil life.
Dictator can do it alone, and if he is not letting people to contribute then it is like killing the present and the future at the same time.
I have no problem with what you said, I’m just adding to what you said. When I use “you” I do not mean you personally, I use “ you “= “for example”
I felt that dictator should know that he is the one responsible for any more killing like this, because when he changed the law he did not issue the right law, the minimum sentence should have been at least 15 years for killing another soul.

أهلاً بك !

الحقيقة أنني توقفت عند تعليقك كثيراً (و ليس فقط لأن قراءتي للانكليزية بطيئة) و هناك الكثير من الأفكار التي أتفق معها ككل أو كفكرة عامة, لكن بعض التفاصيل ربما قد أختلف عنها بعض الشيء.

في هذه القضية, لو نظرتإلى التعامل القضائي معها و جور القوانين لوصلت على الأغلب لنفس النتيجة التي تحدّثت عنها و لأشرت بإصبع الاتهام إلى نفس الجهات التي قلتها. لكن هناك جزئيات أرى أن إلقاءها بشكل كامل و أوحد على الاستبداد و رؤوسه دون نظرة أكثر شمولاً هو نوع من الإتكالية التبسيطية ربما. في حالة جرائم الشرف مثلاً هناك تناغم بين التقبّل الشعبي لها (و هذا غير متعلّق بسلطة الاستبداد و إنما بعقلية متخلفة موروثة, و الدليل أنك تجد جرائم شرف ضمن الجاليات المهاجرة في "العالم الحر" و يقترفها ربما من عاش عقوداً في أنظمة ديمقراطية بل ربما نجد أن من اقترفها قد ولد في هذه الدولة الديمقراطية لكنه ضحية جو أسري و تربوي متخلّف) و السلطة التي تستخدم هذا التناغم كأحد أساليب التخدير و منع استفزاز الناس بالطعن في عاداتهم (و في عالمنا المشرقي لك أن تلمس كل شيء.. لكن النساء و العرض و التعامل معه خط أحمر لا يمكن الاقتراب منه), بمعنى الموافقة على دور استبدادي في استمرار هكذا عادات, لكنه دور مساعد لعامل أساسي و هو البنية الفكرية المتخلّفة, و هذه البنية الفكرية المتخلّفة تشكّل مع الاستبداد حلقة مغلقة حيث أن كلّ منهما يحافظ على الآخر و يدافع عنه.

أما عن قولك (أو هكذا فهمت) بأنه عندما أصدر الرئيس المرسوم التشريعي الخاص بجرائم الشرف لم يجرؤ أحد على القول بأنه غير كافٍ فأعتقد أنك ظلمت الكثير من الناس بتقريرك هذا. كاتب هذه السطور اعتبر المرسوم خطوة, لكنها خطوة صغيرة جداً لا تقع أهميتها في المدى القانوني إنما بتسليط الضوء بطريقة ما على قضية منسية, و اعتبرت أن المرسوم غير كافٍ, و هناك من كان أكثر حدية مني في نقده للمرسوم و من داخل سوريا مثل موقع "نساء سوريا" و غيره من مجموعات الناشطين في داخل سوريا و خارجها.

أرجو أن أكون قد استطعت إيصال فكرتي و بانتظار ردك عليها إن وجد بكل سعادة.

باعتقادي الشخصي لا تكمن المسألة في ما فعلته زهرة (أقصد أن فعلها لشيء "خاطئ" من عدمه بنظري غير مهم كمحور نقاش) فلا يوجد أي شيء يبرر مجانية القتل بهذا الشكل المؤسف و المؤلم. أعلم أنك تتفق معي في ذلك.

Justice was buried more than 40 years ago don’t you think. Society is a dynamic body that can not be put on hold for even one year. Every day around the world, hundreds of new laws established except in the country called Syria which has been postponed eternally. In reality law is not applicable in Syria, the president anytime can send voice message to the justice minister asking him to apply the hardest sentence against such crime exactly like what he did to the civil society group who sentenced to prison for 7 years for opening his mouth. In a system like this to make a correction you have to attack the real responsible party and not to go dancing around the facts. You can be polite and say: Mr. president you are responsible for this crime which ended the life of Zahra, flower, too short.

I’m too frustrated and sad from this story and other stories coming from that part of the world. If the regime wants to be responsible on doing the right things and people only should watch and have no right to speak up when the regime do wrong, then fingers should be pointed to the right direction since this has been going for too long and people have turned to an animal farm. I’m going to be frank and tell you how I think without consideration to regime or president, No one should be scared from them as me and 22 other millions should not be since we are living outside the country and responsible for feeding them, then we are obliged to speak up. The real criminal is the regime and the president and his beautiful wife who claim civility in particular. When president came out and cheering chorus clap for him for reducing the minimum jail sentence for honor crimes to two years, they did not dare to say that this is not enough and he should be hold responsible for any crime of this sort if his decree did not affect the killing of incent girls, and that exactly what happened.

If you have a president residing on a country where the law is postponed under emergency law, when anyone speaks up against the wrong doing of the system and the wrong doing of its figures goes to prison, then let point fingers at them in such a case. If you and other caring humans in that country have no place to do their civil call for change then the real criminals for this case and similar cases are the president with big mouth and his cronies. The regime is sucking the country dry from wealth, values, future and the potential for change, and people can not say a word. Your logic and your cry for this beautiful young lady are forbidden and according to the regime the people who are the backward and you can not do anything about it, it is god will and your cry is punishable if you say the truth.

فقط لأقطع الطريق على كل من سوف يدافع عن هذه الجريمة البشعة ويبررها ويضع الأعذار لها، أريد أن أذكر أن زهرة لم تفعل شيئاً برضاها، بل كل ذنبها أنها اغتصبت من قبل وحش ليس بأكثر شرفاً من أخيها القاتل وليس أقل شرفاً من هذا القاضي الفاسد. ورغم أني ضد القتل تحت أي ذريعة كانت، ورغم أن القانون فضفاض فيما يتعلق بالـ "الدافع الشريف" إلا أن الواضح كان أن هذا القاضي كان فاسداً بكل معنى الكلمة، فزهرة مغتصبة ولا يمكن أن تنطبق على قاتلها أي مادة من مواد القانون الذي نحن بالاساس نقف ضده.
